Designation and Job Role
Selected candidates will undergo training as cadets at the NDA for the Army, Navy, and Air Force wings, or at the Naval Academy under the 10th +2 Cadet Entry Scheme. After successful training, they will be commissioned as officers in the respective forces.

UPSC NDA and NA Salary Structure
During training, cadets receive a stipend of ₹56,100/- per month. Upon successful commissioning, officers are placed in Level 10 of the pay matrix, with salaries starting at ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500/-, plus military allowances.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be born between January 1, 2007 and January 1, 2010.
- Marital Status: Only unmarried male and female candidates are eligible.

How to Apply for UPSC NDA 2 2025
- Visit the official UPSC NDA application portal.
- Create an account using the new Online Application Portal (OAP).
- Fill in the Universal Registration and Common Application Form.
- Upload the required documents (use Aadhaar card for smoother ID verification).
- Pay the application fee of ₹100/- (Exemptions available for SC/ST/female/Wards of JCOs/NCOs/ORs).
- Submit the form before June 17, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
Important Instructions about UPSC NDA and NA II
Selection is based on a written test (900 marks) followed by SSB Interview (900 marks). Negative marking applies in the written exam. e-Admit Card will be available on the UPSC website one week before the exam.
